The Holt County Clerk will be conducting a canvass of all active registered voters in the county within the next few weeks.  Voters will receive a new yellow voter identification card by mail.  If your address listed on the card is no longer correct, then you need to complete the back of the card with your residential address and mail it back to the clerk’s office or bring it by the office.

The change of address notification has to be in writing.  The County Clerk is authorized to complete a canvass every two years per subsection 3 of section 115.163 RSMo.  If you have any questions concerning this process or do not receive a yellow card, you may contact the Clerk’s office at (660) 446-3303.
